I’m an IBCLC – international board certified lactation consultant, a registered nurse in Finland and a trained midwife in Egypt as well as a doula.

about me

Hello there!

I have dedicated myself to the support and care of others for many years. I earned my Bachelor degree of nursing in 1992. Since then I have continued to grow my experience in this field. 

Breastfeeding soon became my passion and since I was assisting at births in Egypt, Kuwait City and now in Finland also, I wrote my exam in 2018 to become an IBCLC – an international board certified lactation consultant. Lactation support became the key aspect to my supporting new mothers.

I also continued my nursing training by earning a Masters degree in Hospital management in 2019 and then I moved to Finland and qualified as a nurse in 2023 from the university of Savonia. I now offer personalised breastfeeding support at home, online and at the hospital. Sessions can be one on one or in a group.

I have been working as a breastfeeding consultant for more  than 15 years in Egypt, Kuwait city and Finland and offer my services in Arabic, English and a little bit in Finnish too
