Our April session will be held, as usual in Lilla Luckan. April 2024 Positive Birth Helsinki session is about dads & birth partners:
- What do you expect from your birth team?
- How can your birth partner feel less stressed about birth?
- How do doulas work with the birth partner?
- What are your birth partner(s) needs and questions about birth?
Lilla Luckan is a comfy and cozy space where we gather every month to talk all things about birth in Positive Birth Helsinki. The group includes the presence of The Nest Doulas, a professional group of doulas supporting international families in Uusima Region.
Our group is a safe space for:
- New parents: come to share your birth story. We will hold space for you, solve your potential questions, and we can guide you in the way to healing. You can also inspire and ignite the love of parents-to-be with your birth stories.
- Parents to be: pregnant people and their partners or birth supporters are more than welcome into our space.
And of course, kids are welcome.
This group is completely free for families, but you need to book your spots in advance. Registration for April session will be open on March 24th.
